Wet pipe systems are the most common types of sprinkler systems, and they are very reliable and simple to use. Dry Fire Sprinkler Systems

When you use a dry pipe system for fire suppression, the overhead sprinkler piping in the system will not be filled with water. Rather, dry fire sprinkler systems have pressurized air or nitrogen located in them. It prevents water from getting into the piping until a fire is detected. These kinds of systems are perfect for piping that is located somewhere that gets very cold, like a walk-in refrigerator or a warehouse. But dry fire sprinkler systems are a lot more complex than wet fire sprinkler systems, which can make installation and maintenance more complicated and costly.
