Site Safety Plans:

Every job site has a detailed safety plan that outlines potential risks and the measures in place to mitigate them.

Regular Inspections:

Our safety division conducts frequent safety inspections to ensure any hazards are addressed before they lead to accidents. This includes checking equipment, scaffolding, fall protection systems, and overall site conditions.

Our safety division plays a critical role in maintaining a safe working environment. The R.G. Smith safety team is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures. Their primary goal is to prevent workplace accidents and injuries by identifying potential hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The safety division conducts regular inspections and audits while working with site personnel to mitigate hazards. They also provide training and education to employees on various safety topics, such as proper use of equipment, emergency response procedures, and hazard recognition. This training helps to foster a culture of safety and ensures that all employees are aware of the best practices to follow.

Our Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) is at or below industry averages. Our goal is ALWAYS zero accidents.
